Panel on Biotechnology and Immigration, joint EASST/4S conference (Copenhagen, Denmark) - October 2012

12th EASA Biennial Conference (Nanterre, France) - July 2012
Torsten Heinemann, Urslua Naue, and Anna-Maria Tapaninen will present a paper at the EASA Biennial Conference. The paper is titled "Mistrusting families: The use of DNA testing for family reunification" and will be part of workshop W014. The conference will take place at the Nanterre University, France on 10-13 July 2012. More information can be found on the conference website.
Invited lecture at the Cornelia Goethe Centrum, Goethe University (Frankfurt, Germany) - February 2012
Thomas Lemke will give a lecture on DNA testing for family reunification in the series of lectures "Mensch/Natur/Verhältnisse. Interdisziplinäre feministische Perspektiven". The lecture is titled "Geschlechterverhältnisse und Familienkonzepte. Der Einsatz von DNA-Analysen in Einwanderungsverfahren". The lecture will take place on 8 February 2012, 6 pm at the Goethe University, Frankfurt (Room: AfE 238).
